Delivery Policy

Getting your B+B goods to you quickly and safely is of utmost importance to us!

We have a flat rate when shipping within Canada and the U.S. You can find out everything you need to know about our delivery charges once you have placed your order.

If your order’s taking longer than expected or you want to find out when it will arrive, you can send us an email at info@bridgeandbardot.com and the B+B team will be more than happy to help you out!

We want to make this process as carefree as possible, so please let us know if you have any concerns!

What is Our Delivery Policy?

An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. Please note that this is not a guaranteed delivery date for your order. Some areas may take longer due to the frequency of deliveries to the delivery postal code. Our system calculates this estimated date considering the total amount of time to process your order including: packaging, transit time to the delivery provider, and transit time to the delivery address.

When placing your order, we consider these factors when calculating the Estimated
Delivery Date :

  • Order Processing: The amount of time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping. This typically takes 1 – 2 days however, some orders may and some may take up to 5 days.
  • Transit Time: The amount of time it takes your order to leave our distribution center and arrive at the local delivery carrier.

Pickup

If Pickup in store option is chosen your purchase can be picked up same day if purchase is made before 3PM (EST); pickups available after 5PM (EST), unless otherwise indicated. Please email info@bridgeandbardot.com if you would like to pick up your purchase same day, otherwise pick up purchases are made available the next business day at our warehouse location; 11 Finley Rd, Brampton ON. Please present invoice upon pickup.
